Story
Vocational Management Services (VMS) was established in 1986 to provide employment, counseling, educational, and vocational rehabilitation services for the special needs population of Freno County.
With services beginning in July of 2000, VMS has been operating under the management of Jim Walters and Oscar Aceves.

Looking forward, Fresno VMS is excited to continue providing service of the highest quality to the greater Central Valley community. We have successfully provided these services for nearly 4 decades and look forward to many more to come.
